What is OakHeart Country Music Festival?

OakHeart is a one-day, high-energy country music festival featuring nationally recognized artists, local favorites, line dancing, food, drinks, and a full day of entertainment.

Conejo Creek South Park – Thousand Oaks, CA
Festival hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM


Is this event all ages?
Yes, OakHeart is family-friendly with a dedicated kids zone. All ages are welcome.

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available online in advance. This event is expected to sell out.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, mobile tickets are accepted.

Code of Conduct

OakHeart is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests, staff, artists, and vendors.

By attending, you agree to the following:

 Treat all attendees, staff, and performers with respect
•    No harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind
•    Follow all posted signage, rules, and staff instructions
•    Comply with all local, state, and federal laws


Prohibited behavior includes (but is not limited to):
•    
Physical or verbal harassment
•    Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe conduct
•    Intoxication that leads to unsafe behavior
•    Damage to property


Enforcement:
OakHeart reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the festival without refund for violating this Code of Conduct.


Alcohol Policy

Alcohol service at OakHeart is managed in compliance with California law and venue regulations.
•    Guests must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID to purchase or consume alcohol
•    IDs will be checked, and wristbands may be required
•    No outside alcohol is permitted
•    Alcohol must remain within designated festival areas
•    Guests may not provide alcohol to anyone under 21


Important:
Any guest who appears visibly intoxicated may be refused service and/or removed from the event for safety reasons.


Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. OakHeart follows festival-grade safety standards similar to major events like Stagecoach Festival.

Security Measures

All guests will pass through security screening upon entry
•    Bag checks may be conducted
•    Law enforcement and trained security personnel will be onsite


Medical Services
•    First aid & medical staff will be available throughout the event
•    If you need assistance, please notify the nearest staff member immediately


Hydration & Weather
•    
This is an outdoor event, stay hydrated and plan for sun exposure
•    Sunscreen, hats, and appropriate attire are strongly encouraged


Emergency Procedures
•    Follow instructions from staff and announcements if an emergency occurs
•    Emergency exits and procedures will be clearly marked onsite


Food & Beverage
Will there be food?
Yes, a variety of food trucks and vendors will be onsite.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No outside food or beverages are allowed (exceptions for medical or infant needs).

This is a cashless event.

Parking & Transportation

Is parking available?
Yes, parking will be available nearby. Arrive early.

Rideshare?
Uber/Lyft drop-off and pick-up areas will be designated.

Is this event rain or shine?
Yes, OakHeart will take place rain or shine.

Yes, applications are open, but space is limited.
